The airport responded to a public request for support by the organisers of the event, the Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia, , so that the hugely popular family fun-run can go ahead and continue to raise funds for 12 local charities, including Umbrella, St Barnabas Hospice and St Andrews Hospice.

It’s a fantastic family event which participants can take it at their own pace to walk or run, choosing one or two laps of the 4.5k course of adults, children and dogs in matching Santa suits.
