Temporary Customer Service Host

£7.70 per hour up to 16 hours per week

Minimum 3 hour shift, typically between the hours of 16.30 until 21.30.  Weekend working will be required. This position could be made permanent.

You will deliver the highest standard of customer service to all passengers who transit through Check-in and Central Security Search areas, prior to entering the departure lounge. You will meet and greet passengers on arrival in the Terminal and direct them to either the Central Search area or Airport Check-In/Bag Drop and encourage all passengers to proceed through Central Search, as soon as possible. 

You will actively promote all Airport facilities, including the Premium Lounge and the Retail, Food & Beverage facilities. You will act as an information portal for all passengers and other airport users. You will liaise with the ground handling agents to ensure accurate communication with passengers at all times and help to address any customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ability to speak Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian or Slovakian would be a distinct advantage.

You must hold either a valid passport or UK/EU photo driving licence. You will also be required to complete a Criminal Records Check and a five year reference check.
