We’ve tried to cover everything you need to know about our parking facilities in the other pages of this section. However, if there’s something you’re still not sure about you’ll probably find the answer below…

I’m worried about leaving my car in the car park…

Don’t be. All our car parks are official, on-airport and managed by us. We offer high levels of security with high-tech CCTV systems, electronically controlled entry and exit barriers and 24/7 monitoring. This attention to detail has seen us awarded a Safer Parking award by Park Mark, which means we’ve passed a risk assessment carried out by the police. However, we’re duty bound to say that cars are always parked at their owners’ own risk. 

I’m concerned that my car might be too big for the car park…

We have no height restrictions at Doncaster Sheffield Airport. However, we can’t allow trailers or coaches unless they have pre-notified the airport. Any vehicles requiring more than one space should make a booking via the call centre on 0345 319 2782.

What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?

You can pay for any additional parking time on your return. Normal gate rate charges apply.

What if I arrive early before my pre-booked parking period?

As above - you can pay for any additional parking time on your return. Normal gate rate charges apply. 

I need to change my booking…

All you have to do is go into ‘car parking’ on our homepage, select ‘make a booking’ then ‘manage a booking’ and make the changes you need. We won’t charge you any administration fees, although you’d have to pay more the difference if your new dates were for a longer period of time are at a busier time of year. 

Please note that unfortunately some products such as Price Buster are non-amendable – when this is the case it is clearly displayed on the car park description page at the time of booking. 

I need to cancel my booking…

That’s a shame. We’re sorry we won’t be seeing you but we understand that sometimes these things are unavoidable. It costs £5 to cancel a booking and you can do it anytime up to 24 hours before you’re due to arrive. Simply go into ‘car parking’ on our homepage, select ‘make a booking’ then ‘manage a booking’ and follow the instructions to cancel.

No problem. If you have any questions about anything connected with parking just drop an email to parking@flydsa.co.uk. We always try to respond within 24 hours although it can sometimes be 48 during peak periods.

If you need to make a booking you can also contact our Call Centre on 0345 319 2782. The Call Centre is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5.30pm but closed on Sundays and public holidays.
